Our client, a major company with offices in Montreal, is currently seeking an experienced and bilingual Marketing / CRM Consultant to join their team on an initial contract basis, with a possibility for extension.

Job Responsibilities/Job Functions:
-Interfacing directly with clients, analyzing business requirements, recommending solutions through the functional requirements document.
-Supporting the project manager in delivering projects on budget and on time; including requirements gathering and system gap analysis, delivering training, preparing test plans, designing data migration strategies, managing issues and risks.
-Configuring CRM to meet customer requirements. This is a hands-on role where the candidate is responsible for working with the client to deliver a configured solution.
-Maintain an excellent understanding of Quebec Telco landscape to recommend appropriate strategies and insights specific to Quebec market.
-Work closely with all internal teams (Residential, Innovation, Sponsorship, Social Medias) to deliver FR layers for content, VAS and act/OEM national and regional campaigns on time and on budget.
-Support Senior Manager/Director of Brand Management in development of quarterly strategies specific to Quebec market or adaptation of campaign.
-Overlook the activity calendar to propose prioritization of the projects.
-Work with internal and external creative and media partners to develop and execute wireless campaigns outlined in the calendar, along with a range of communication pieces as usual activity (CBM, retail, rogers.com, etc).
-Manage the execution of production pieces working closely with internal, agency & production partners to ensure deadlines are met.
-Thoroughly understand production processes and actively explore opportunities to improve speed to market and efficiency
-Communicate project status & timeline updates to internal stakeholders
-Manage process with internal and external team to propose and implement improvement (agencies, Linguistic team, etc.)
-Monitor & evaluate regional wireless competitive activities and share points of view on opportunities for Rogers
