The key personnel will have the following required skills and experience:
a) minimum 7 years of recent information technology experience with Microsoft infrastructure solutions;
b) minimum 3 years of recent experience with Microsoft 365 solutions, formerly Office 365 solutions;
c) demonstrated experience driving innovation and value to the customer;
d) demonstration experience building partnerships and delivering new capabilities in support of compelling business cases;
e) demonstrated experience implementing technical solutions to fulfill business objectives including, but not limited to, the following:
i. vendor engagements,
ii. proof of concept reviews, and
iii. configuration, development, and implementation.
f) self-starter with a demonstrated reputation for learning and embracing new and disruptive technology;
g) excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of internal team members;
h) demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure Services, direction and evolution as related to enterprise desktop, mobile and infrastructure services. Key areas include Azure Active Directory and modern authentication architectures, Operations Management Suite and Microsoft 365;
i) in-depth knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Intune and Azure Active Directory;
j) strong hands-on technical experience and deep knowledge of the following Microsoft office collaboration products and services:
i. Microsoft 365,
ii. Exchange Online,
iii. SharePoint Online,
vii. Skype for Business IM/Presence/Meetings,
viii. Power Apps; and
ix. Power Automate, previously Microsoft Flow, and/or Visio.
k) high-level expertise in sophisticated identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance requirements, and experience integrating those requirements into hybrid cloud solutions; and
l) technical enterprise scale knowledge and experience with hybrid cloud infrastructures and the architectural design of Microsoft Office products and services.
