Successful candidates will have the ability to act as an Agile Coach / Consultant enabling agility at multiple levels within an organization:
At team level, supporting multiple teams in agile adoption.
At program / project level supporting not only the teams but also the associated delivery, support and governance structure.
At enterprise level tackling the more challenging organization level transformation programs.
They must be an Agile Subject Matter Expert.
