Role: Client Affinity Manager

Support Infrastructure Services clients and specialize in representing current RFS portfolio offerings to clients. Tasks include: Responsible for the E2E success of the RFS process (submission through implementation) within assigned accounts; Responsible for E2E RFS Process activities of dedicated accounts portfolio;
Provide business direct to RFS Managers, RFS Operations Specialists; Manage Client expectations/satisfaction with E2E RFS Process; Set up RFS governance framework with Client; Lead discussions with Client and Account Team to drive continuous process improvement; Work with Client to review rejected proposals & develop improvement process; Negotiate with Client on specific RFSs as appropriate; Participate in meetings/calls (as necessary) to review/accept requests
provide business planning information to allow Delivery, F&P, QA & Legal to proactively plan for resources to support the anticipated workload; Participate as required in RFIs, RFPs, and contract amendments; Responsible for internal issue resolution; Assist PE in managing Client relationship with regard to RFS process
Perform RFS process oversight and portfolio reporting; Achieve targets for key Performance Indicators (e.g. Revenue, Win Rate, Met Proposal); Provide input into PE Cadence."
