Role: Help Desk Analyst
Duration: 6 months
Worksite: Mississauga , Airport Rd.
- Looking to have someone from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM to help with the triage of application support calls/email requests.
- The end user engage for assistance on one the applications in Clients ecosystem and the idea would be to redirect the call/e-mail to the proper support group and help manage the communication between the support group and the end user until issue is resolved and closed.
