Job Description:

Experis in Ottawa, Ontario (Canada) has one full time job available for a Senior Service Delivery Account Executive (you will ideally be bilingual in both official languages (English / French). If interested please apply directly to derek.weber@experis.com

  • Work with the Client Account Director (CAD), you will build relationships with an assigned set of customers and will be responsible for regular communication with the clients about their expectations, status and needs of the engagement. Through this relationship you will identify potential additional sales and revenue opportunities and will work to grow the engagement
  • Establishes and develops client relationships in order to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction while assuring that the project engagement is delivered in accordance with approved Experis policies and procedures
  • Responsible for identifying new opportunities within clients and alerting the appropriate stakeholders and support them to win the opportunity
  • Assist in reviewing, completing and submitting proposals; ensure the validity of delivery dates and commitments
  • Lead development and professionally deliver client presentations as required to support sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with Practice management to maintain resource forecasts consistent with practice sales pipeline; coordinate and schedule project staff ramp up, preparation of Project Plan and project kickoff meetings in conjunction with Project Manager
  • Comply with usage, maintenance and timely transmittal of information to ensure accuracy and integrity of internal Experis business applications and processes
  • Work with the Director, Service Delivery to create of both internal and external competency materials to support sales, marketing and develop and maintain delivery methodologies; assist with sales calls to support competency as requested; perform market research to stay abreast of recent trends and continuously improve service offering.
