Support client's service desk and end users with functional and technical issues for the transition phase of the applications (Skyep, Lync, Sharepoint) and the end state (Teams with OneDrive, MFA conditional access).
Help train client's service desk to answer end user issues.
Experience in supporting users in O365 challenges, and in relation to migrating users to Teams is required.
Client facing role.
